Hello all 
If you are like me, I could not figure out how to resize a picture or how to submit it to show here in forum!
I finally figured it out!! and like to share it to hopefully help some more members in same situation!
Have fun and good luck!
So to resize your picture go to www.picresize.com, click browse button and choose a picture you like to resize.
Next click the continue button there and you will see a spot to change the width to 90 pixels and height to 90 pixels,(custom change i think they call it), and make file size 16.00 Kb max size. Then save your picture in your pictures or desktop so you can find it after
Login to the forum,click upper right button that says Welcome, (your name),next click control panel, then profile: edit avatar,select your picture from spot you saved it at and click upload (your picture) !
Voila your picture should now show as your avatar!
Hope I could help some of you with this, as it took me a long time to figure out!
And it is always nice to get some help with certain things not everyone is techie with lol
